What we are offering:

• Up to $25/hour to start plus tips

• Weekly reimbursement for cell phone usage, driving and laundry

What we are looking for:

• Smart, responsible, honest, friendly individuals who understand the hard work of house cleaning and willing to do it.

• Applicants must be used to physical labor, standing for 6-8 hours a day.

• One year of cleaning experience with references (residential, commercial, construction) is required.

• Great people skills

• Ability to work well with others

• Ability to take direction

• Must be legal to work in United States with documentation

• Fluent (or partially fluent) in English preferred.

• MUST have a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation.

• Ability to work some Saturdays is a plus

• Over 18 years old

• Clean Background Check

• Must own a smartphone (iPhone or Android)

• Hiring process includes interview, background check, and paid on the job training.

FAQ

Do I work alone or on a team?

Both! Most jobs are performed with at least one other cleaning technician, but sometimes you will work alone depending on the schedule. You must be able to transport your cleaning supplies (we provide the supplies!) from job to job.

How do I check my schedule?

We use an application on your smart phone to post schedules, notes about the job you will be working on, etc.
 

How do I get paid?

We use an online payroll service which will deposit your weekly paycheck directly into your account--if you would like. We can also pay you with a regular check if you prefer. The online payroll system also has a portal where you can log in and access your profile, tax documents, payroll history, etc.
